Husqvarna’s LowVib anti-vibration dampeners absorb vibration, reducing the strain on your arms and hands to make working with a machine such as this far more comfortable. In addition, the ergonomic rear handle features a soft-inlay with an easy-to-reach trigger, allowing you to operate it without straining. Felling marks are provided for improved precision, while an inertia chain brake (whereby the machine is stopped if the if the bar is forced suddenly upwards) means you can also work without a worry.

This model uses a centrifugal air cleaning system to offer reduced wear and a longer operating time between filter cleanings. The chain tensioner is side-mounted so that adjustments can be made quickly and easily. Choke and stop are combined in one location to facilitate easier starting and help reduce the risk of flooding the engine. Another clever feature is the quick-release air filter, making it far simpler to clean and replace, as well as the snap-lock cylinder cover, saving time when changing spark plugs and cleaning.
